I called the service because I noticed water and ice at the bottom of the fresh food compartment in my refrigerator. The water was accumulating there about once a week. The technician who came to fix the refrigerator was very responsive and professional. He pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and quickly and easily resolved the issue. Plus, I got the chance to vacuum underneath the refrigerator, which is always a nice bonus. Thank you for the excellent service, guys!
